This beautiful blend of Suri Alpaca and Yak adds a soft texture and halo effect to any project. It can be worked at variety of gauges; loose gauge for an airy lace fabric or small gauge for a cozy and warm fabric. If you like using mohair in your projects, Suri feels very similar but can be better for those who find mohair irritating to the skin.
CARE & LOVE. The Llama always recommends hand-washing with a wool detergent such as Eucalan. Please wash your hand-dyed projects individually with cold water and lay flat to dry. I dye using professional acid dyes. All yarn has been thoroughly washed but it is possible that some color remains (especially with the darker/stronger colors) and may produce some light bleeding during your first wash.
